EntryCheck support

Help with checking and managing KORONA Entry tickets on a Mac. EntryCheck requires macOS 14 or later. Its Mac App Store release is being prepared. The app interface is in German; the instructions below retain its button labels.

Translation notice

This English translation is provided for convenience. If there are any discrepancies, the German version is authoritative.

Contact

Contact Fabian Andres Pablo Amos · AmoSystems at info@fabianamos.com or +49 30 442 54 22. Address: Christburger Straße 15-2, 10405 Berlin, Germany.

Please include the app version and build from “Über EntryCheck”, your macOS version and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send passwords, ENV files or complete ticket lists. Prefer sample data and remove personal information from screenshots.

What do I need?

For real tickets, you need your own authorised KORONA Entry API credentials and a network connection to the relevant server. KORONA services, API access, server operation and any KORONA charges are separate from the app purchase. EntryCheck is an independent AmoSystems application.

A one-time app purchase of EUR 4.99 in the German store is planned for release. The app does not issue refunds or reverse payments. “Mit Beispieltickets ausprobieren” lets you try sample tickets without KORONA credentials.

How do I set up a connection?

Open “Verbindung verwalten”. Enter the server, API username and password provided by your operator, or import its ENV configuration file. A hostname is sufficient; the HTTPS address and API path are added. “Verbindung prüfen” checks authentication and read access without changing tickets. “Speichern” saves the connection in the macOS Keychain.

For authentication or permission errors, check the credentials and API permissions with your KORONA operator. Never send credentials to app support.

How do I check multiple tickets?

Paste ticket numbers or import a text or CSV file, then select “Tickets prüfen”. Commas, semicolons, spaces and line breaks are supported as separators. Import ticket numbers only, not an order table with extra columns. Each check supports up to 1,000 distinct tickets and 1 MB of text. Duplicates are removed and leading zeros preserved.

“Leeren” resets the current input and results. Your saved connection and activity log remain. An order reference is an optional local note and does not trigger an order search.

When can I lock or unlock tickets?

EntryCheck offers locking only for clearly unused tickets that are not already generally locked. Unlocking removes the general lock; it does not reset usage counters or confirm admission eligibility. Time-based restrictions and validity remain separate.

Changes require confirmation and are checked afterwards. A ticket may still be used between the initial check and the change. Consider the final usage information and any unconfirmed result. Locking a ticket does not issue a credit, refund or payment.

How do I export or delete data?

Export results or activities as CSV to a location you choose. The result export contains the entire current result list; the activity export contains the entire local change log. Import ticket numbers as text in Excel or Numbers to preserve leading zeros.

Delete the local log under “Aktivitäten” and saved credentials under “Verbindung verwalten”. Delete exported CSV files and the original ENV file separately. The activity log is not a central or tamper-proof archive.

What happens to my data?

Credentials are stored in the macOS Keychain and activities locally on your Mac. Ticket checks and changes go directly over HTTPS to your configured KORONA connection. EntryCheck contains no advertising, telemetry or analytics and sends no ticket data to AmoSystems. See the EntryCheck privacy information below for details.
