2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. The website is served from data centres in Germany. A data-processing agreement is in place with STRATO.

When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include the IP address, date and time, the requested resource, referrer, browser and device information and the amount of data transferred. This processing ensures the website is provided securely, reliably and without errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and dependable provision of this website.

Log data is retained only for as long as necessary for operation, troubleshooting and security. STRATO states that, depending on the purpose, log data is usually retained for a few days and, in special security or operational cases, for up to 60 to 90 days. 3. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, marketing or tracking services. It does not use a contact form or newsletter and does not embed external maps or videos. No cookies requiring consent are set.

4. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact us, we process the information you provide — in particular your name, contact details, the content of your enquiry and related communication data — in order to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract; otherwise it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the proper handling of enquiries.

An email service provided by Google is used to receive and process email. The message and its metadata may be processed by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and affiliated companies. Support and contact enquiries are generally deleted twelve months after final resolution. They are retained longer only where required by law or where needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
